Mommy Appelseed Maternity Clothing Shipping Procedure

All orders placed Monday through Thursday before 6pm WST are shipped the next day following credit card approval & verification. All orders placed on Friday and over the weekend before Sunday 6pm WST are shipped the following business day following credit card approval & verification. Please be aware that shipping delays may occur with our carrier services during the holiday season and/or on national or public holidays.

Shipping Methods:
We ship all orders via UPS Ground-Guaranteed day definite one-five business days. However you can choose other shipping options when checking out, including:

UPS 3 Day Select
Guaranteed three business days

UPS 2nd Day Air
Guaranteed two business days

UPS Next Day Air Saver*
Guaranteed next day delivery by the end of the day
*If you absolutely need your order the next day you must contact us at 951.485.4770 to ensure the availability of the items and get the tracking number.

NOTE: No weekend delivery service is available.

International Delivery
All shipments sent internationally (including Canada) are shipped via UPS International. International shipments have no specific time frame for delivery and arrival time will depend on the destination country and its customs procedures.

Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package, the price you are given when placing an online order is a rough estimate and sometimes it is necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card.
***Important Note for all International Shipments: Please be aware that all goods delivered outside of the U.S. may incur additional customs, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by customs of the country the goods are entering into. These additional costs and fees are not covered under the shipping fee we assess to fill your order and are the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees to receive their shipment. Shipments that are refused with UPS upon delivery will be considered abandoned orders and they will not be returned back to our location for a refund.

Transfer of Risk and Title
When you order an item at MommyAppelseed.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. We will do all that we can to help in the event of a loss but ultimately it's between you and UPS to resolve.
