Mommy Appelseed Returns and Exchanges
Policy
We
can only accept the return or exchange of merchandise in new, unworn
condition with original tags still attached. Undergarments, skin care
and seasonal items such as holiday dresses and bathing suits are FINAL
SALES. Sorry, no exceptions.
Mommy Appelseed Maternity Clothing cannot be responsible for any damages
that might occur during the care of items, such as when washing or
dry cleaning a garment. Neither can we be responsible for the fit
of an item beyond the 3-week exchange policy.
Returns
If you don't like your purchase for any reason, we will refund your
credit card - LESS THE COSTS OF THE RETURN SHIPPING. You have 7 days
from the received date of your purchase to return your items in their
original condition with original tags. No exceptions. Please note
that sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
All non-sale items may be exchanged for other merchandise or store
credit - LESS THE COSTS OF THE RETURN SHIPPING. You have 21 days from
the received date of your purchase to return your items in their original
condition with original tags. No exceptions. Please note that sale
items are final sale.
*Special Christmas Extension - All gifts purchased between November
15th and December 25th are eligible for return for store credit or
exchange through January 15th.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
• Contact us at returns@mommyappelseed.com (Write "Return
Request" in the subject line) or call 951.485.4770 to receive
an authorization number.
• Fill out completely the Return
or Exchange Form.
• Write your return authorization number on the outside of your
return package.
