Phone Orders
Phone orders are happily accepted Monday through Saturday, 10am-6pm PST. To place a phone order call 951.351.9856. Please have your product/style# ready for faster service.

Online Orders
Online orders can be placed at any time. Once you are done shopping proceed to the Shopping Bag (which can be found at the top of the web page). All the items you've added to your Shopping Bag will appear. To remove items you no longer want just click on Remove Item. You may also change the quantity of items requested then hit Update and it will update your Shopping Bag to the new requested quantity. Once you verify the items in your Shopping Bag are correct, proceed to Checkout. You will now need to create an account for our website or log-in to an existing account. Once that is complete you can proceed to Billing Information and Confirm Your Order. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address shortly after.

Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS Ground, however you can choose other shipping options when checking out, including Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping. If you absolutely need your order the next day you must contact us at 951.351.9856 to ensure the availability of the items and get the tracking number. Return and Exchange Policy
We can only accept the return or exchange of merchandise in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached. Undergarments, skin care and seasonal items such as holiday dresses and bathing suits are FINAL SALES. Sorry, no exceptions. For more information on our policy click here.
